A little about our classes:

Pre-school ages 3-4 is a strict 1:4 coach to gymnast ratio.

Beginner II+ is a strict 1:8 coach to gymnast ratio.

No long-term contracts or seasonal classes: we only require a 30-day notice.

Can earn up to 2 makeup tokens per month for missed classes.

Low annual registration fee that is per family and not per child.

FOUNDATION LEVELS
18-36 months
This is a coach led - parent and athlete class, built to create a fun and educational environment for our youngest athletes to THRIVE! During these sessions, parents will assist their littles in developing and strengthening appropriate gross motor skills. Activity circuits in this class are set specifically for improving development milestones, such as running, jumping, balance, and coordination. Students will be introduced to working alongside peers, sharing, following directions, helping clean areas, and so much more. This class serves as a great jumpstart into classroom readiness, and a bonding experience for athletes and their parents!

Beginner i
FOUNDATION LEVELS
Pre-school age 3-4
In this class, coaches will start to build the foundation for fundamental movement patterns by enhancing students’ strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and spatial awareness through activity circuits. This class was built to teach young athletes the basics of gymnastics, as well as help solidify classroom rules and expectations.

FOUNDATION LEVELS
Pre-school age 3-5+
This is an invite-only class, designed for preschool aged students who are ready to begin learning advanced gymnastics skills before they have met the required age. Athletes in this level are expected to be able to follow directions and work at their own stations without redirection throughout MOST of the class time. This class sets the expectation for young athletes in the big gym, working on independence and staying focused in loud/energetic environments.
RECOMMENDED SKILLS TO HAVE WHEN ENROLLING: backwards roll down incline, stable walks on beam, forward roll on flat surface, tummy roll over bar, strong front support

Beginner
II
5 yrs +
This is the perfect class for children new to gymnastics! Here, coaches will teach athletes the basics of the sport, as well as the importance of coordination, balance, and spatial awareness. Curriculum in this class will provide athletes with the basic needs for all sports they may come into contact with in their athletic journey.

In this class, coaches will help solidify the basic skills of gymnastics and transition students into strength training! New skills introduced in this level will target general muscle groups (core, legs, and arms), setting students up for success with more difficult skills in the future.

Beginner III / Intermediate I
5 YRS +
This is a combination class of Beginner 3 and Intermediate 1. You need a minimum of Beginner 3 skills to be enrolled in this class.

Beginner III: In this class, coaches will help solidify the basic skills of gymnastics and transition students into strength training! New skills introduced in this level will target general muscle groups (core, legs, and arms), setting students up for success with more difficult skills in the future.

RECOMMENDED SKILLS TO HAVE WHEN ENROLLING: donkey kicks, cast, candlestick hold, needle kick on beam, forward roll to feet, bridge hold, headstand.

Intermediate I: In this class, athletes will learn about the importance of body shaping, movement patterns, and physical fitness. Coaches will introduce athletes to more advanced skills, preparing them for flight (skills done off ground). Athletes should have a strong foundation of basics built before enrolling into the level.

RECOMMENDED SKILLS TO HAVE WHEN ENROLLING: spotted handstand, multiple donkey kicks, casts (hips off bar), squat on to low bar, baby handstand on beam, releve (tippy toe) walks, cartwheel, backward roll to feet, handstand against wall, single leg bridge hold.

This class introduces athletes to Level 1 Junior Olympic Compulsory routine skills. Coaches will assist athletes in understanding new skills in the curriculum. Athletes enrolled in this level should have a strong lower body strength, newly introduced to upper body training.
RECOMMENDED SKILLS TO HAVE WHEN ENROLLING: strong jump to handstand (spotted), jump - forward roll over block, jump squat on from block, pullover (spotted), round off beam dismount, pivot turn on beam, bridge kickover down incline, straight arm backward roll down incline, power hurdle cartwheel.

II/III
7 yrs +
This is a combination class of Intermediate 2 and 3. You need a minimum of Intermediate 2 skills to be enrolled in this class.
Intermediate 2: This class introduces athletes to Level 1 Junior Olympic Compulsory routine skills. Coaches will assist athletes in understanding new skills in the curriculum. Athletes enrolled in this level should have a strong lower body strength, newly introduced to upper body training.

RECOMMENDED SKILLS TO HAVE WHEN ENROLLING: strong jump to handstand (spotted), jump - forward roll over block, jump squat on from block, pullover (spotted), round off beam dismount, pivot turn on beam, bridge kickover down incline, straight arm backward roll down incline, power hurdle cartwheel.

Intermediate 3: This class introduces athletes to Level 1 Junior Olympic Compulsory routine skills. Coaches will assist athletes in connecting skills, and performing skills from prior levels on taller structures and at faster speeds. Athletes enrolled in this level should have a strong understanding of the fundamentals, and be able to perform skills from prior levels independently.

RECOMMENDED SKILLS TO HAVE WHEN ENROLLING: handstand, dive roll, glide swings, pullover, side handstand on beam, snap turn on beam, round off.

Tumbling
5 yrs +
This class is the perfect starting point for students wanting to focus on FLOOR skills (cartwheels, handstands, backwalkovers, etc). Coaches will assist athletes on basic gymnastics skills, as well as helping form the strength needed in future, advanced levels. Other events (vault, beam, bars), will not be worked on in this program.

Intermediate / Advanced Tumbling
6 yrs +
This is a combination class of Intermediate tumbling and advanced. You need a minimum of Intermediate tumbling skills to be enrolled in this class.

Intermediate: In this class, athletes will be introduced to advanced floor skills (backhandsprings, tucks, forward tumbling), as well as learning to connect skills from prior levels. Coaches will introduce flight skills (leaving the ground), as well as safe entry and exit techniques. Athletes enrolled in this level should have a strong understanding of fundamentals, and be able to perform basic/beginner skills independently.

RECOMMENDED SKILLS TO HAVE WHEN ENROLLING: handstand, multiple cartwheels, backbend, single foot bridge, front limber.
​
Advanced: Athletes in this level will be connecting skills from prior levels, creating “series” tumbling passes, with the help of their coach. Coaches will also assist athletes in flight skills (leaving the ground), such as back handsprings, tucks, and more! Before advancing to these higher level skills, your athletes’ coach must see that they are able to control their body using strength.
RECOMMENDED SKILLS TO HAVE WHEN ENROLLING: bridge kickover, power-hurdle round-off rebound, backwalkover, front tuck onto pit pillows, jump dive-roll.

Masters
7 yrs +
This is the highest recreational level offered. Athletes in this level will focus on solidifying basic Level 1-3 Junior Olympic routine skills. Coaches will assist athletes in creating routines, catered to the skills they’re able to confidently perform independently. Enrollment into this program DOES require a skill evaluation from a Masters coach, or referral sent by their current coach. We recommend taking 2 classes per week at this level.
TRIAL EVALUATION REQUIRED FOR CLASS ENROLLMENT.
